Updated 3/16/2020

The Harbor-Topky Memorial Library is closed indefinitely. After much discussion, the library board and staff felt it was in the best interest of our patrons' health to follow the State of Ohio's behest and close during the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. All library programs, including AARP tax preparation are cancelled at this time. We will update the public with any changes as we progress.
