Chair Yoga
This practice involves a chair for sitting in and modifying yoga poses. This practice is wonderful for anyone who has to sit for long periods of time, who have limited mobility, or spend a lot of hours indoors without much room to move. It is a gentle way to learn useful stretches to help alleviate stiffness and discomfort throughout the workday.
